- Paragraph 2- The following paragraph includes the advantages/ benefits/causes of the relevant topic. Here, you can pen down various points given above in a sequence.
Ex- Technology has proven to be helpful in various fields, whether it be education or infrastructure. Online classes help children learn things while sitting at their homes comfortably during a curfew or some illness………..
- Paragraph 3– In the next paragraph, you can include disadvantages/ consequences/ impacts/ solution.
Ex- But other than good aspects, technology has some harmful effects on children as well. From the surveys done every year, it is seen that the increase in usage of devices has caused many health problems in children like hypertension, migraine, etc……………
How to end an article?
Conclusion- There is no limit of paragraphs in your article. But one should end the article at conclusion. In conclusion, you can summarize your article in few words.

Tips and techniques to write an article quickly
Students find it difficult to write an article in examination because of limited time limit. Here are some ways to write an article in few minutes:-
- Read the question carefully– Read the given topic with patience. Most probably title and author’s name is already given in the question. If it is not given then frame the title relevant to the topic.
- Make an outline- Frame an outline in your mind. Divide your article into different paragraphs as shown above. It will hardly take 1-2 min.
- Your article should be in a sequence– Don’t mix up the points into several paragraphs. For suppose, you are writing advantages in 2nd paragraph and disadvantages in 3rd paragraph, then your points should be in that sequence only. Your article should be structured.
- Good vocabulary– Use good vocabulary in your article. It will enhance the impression of your article and will increase the chances of scoring higher grades in it.
What is the difference between article writing and report writing?
Article writing is a set of paragraphs which revolves around a singular topic. It includes author’s own suggestions, thoughts and one can also include statistical data. On the other hand, report writing is based on describing real events or facts. In a report, one has to enter only factual database.
Article writing can comprise of any general topic relevant to any aspect of our life but report writing includes only those events or incidents which have already happened or are going to be executed.
What is the difference between article writing and essay writing?
Article writing is done to get publish in magazines, newspapers, journals, etc. And it is now also included in student’s syllabus to make them learn to write an article. On the other hand essay writing is only done to discuss a topic in a descriptive format. It is only included in academics, not published anywhere.
